Stonehaven Council and the present settlement

Stonehaven Council is a current Havenstead local authority. Historical HRC structures are preserved as history but do not determine today’s council powers.

HRC-era local organisation operated within the former community structure, where geographical and council arrangements could serve roleplay, community administration and local activity rather than a settled constitutional local-government system.

The present settlement instead places Stonehaven Council within Steadfast local government and SHCSA within strategic local government. Steadfast itself is not a separate government or legislature.

Current local-service responsibility, accountability and boundaries are therefore read from the current Havenstead settlement and its lawful implementation rather than inferred from older maps or management arrangements.

What the current council means

Stonehaven Council exercises only the local-government functions assigned to it under the current Havenstead settlement.
